Abode Residential is owned by the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust (PNFT), an international investor controlling a range of companies with combined assets of more than £200m.

One of the primary objectives of the Trust and it’s subsidiaries is to invest in projects which ultimately provide long-term benefits to communities. The largest example is the £100m project by LPC Living to transform the once notorious Ordsall estate in Salford, Greater Manchester.

First-time buyer in OrdsallTo date, more than £50m has been invested to create hundreds of family homes, new retail and leisure facilities, an NHS health centre and improvements in parks and green spaces. This investment has also helped to create more than 250 jobs for those living in the community.

As a result the population Ordsall has doubled in the last ten years making it the fastest growing area within the city of Salford.

Alongside its real estate activities the Trust also invests in a range businesses focused on education and training opportunities for young people. This includes Accelerate Learning, a provider of affordable, tuition in the North West.

The Trust has a number of charitable interests and is the principal benefactor of the Pamela Northcott Fund, a voluntary organisation providing advocacy and support to cancer patients across the UK. Annual donations to the Fund average £60,000 per year.
